Young Perps – Case #1805031-17 – Connor Halstead & Miller Axton

Disturbing the peace. Two perps, (1) 27 year old caucasian Case #1805031-17 male (Connor Halstead), 6’1″ and (2) 26 year old black male (Miller Axton), 5’10”, were seen fighting on camera near the entrance of the building.

The loss prevention officer was called to de-escalate the situation and bring them into custody for questioning. The two displayed rowdy and disrespectful behavior toward each other as well as the loss prevention officer, requiring them to be detained in the back room during processing. While in custody, the two suspects were patted down illegal items, resulting in the discovery of a concealed weapon. A strip search was then conducted per protocol.

An understanding was reached by the suspects and the loss prevention officer, and they were released without involvement of law enforcement.
